Are you unhappy about the color or appearance of your teeth? Do you wish that you had someone else’s smile? Dr. Das of Clear Lake Dental Care can give you the smile of your dreams. Clear Lake Dental Care offers cosmetic dentistry procedures like teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, permanent teeth replacement, same-day crowns, short-term orthodontics, and cosmetic bonding.

What is Cosmetic Dentistry?

Cosmetic dentistry encompasses not only the health of the teeth, but also their aesthetic value. The various products and treatments that are included within cosmetic dentistry share the same goal of improving both the well-being, and visual beauty of the teeth.

Cosmetic Dentistry Treatments

At Clear Lake Dental Care we offer cosmetic treatments to patients that are looking to improve their smile and boost their confidence. Some of our most popular treatments we offer include teeth whitening (tooth bleaching), porcelain veneers, same-day crowns, dental bonding and short-term orthodontics.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin ceramic shells that are cemented to the tooth’s surface and used to hide stains, cracks, and discoloration. Porcelain is the closest material to real enamel, so the custom veneers look incredibly lifelike. Porcelain is also durable and stain-resistant.

If you’re missing one or all of your teeth Dr. Das and our staff at Clear Lake Dental Care can help replace them. We use the All-On-Four dental implants approach for patients that are missing all of their top or bottom teeth. This procedure uses four or eight dental implants that come together to secure a full set of dentures.

Porcelain Crowns and Bridges

Porcelain crowns & bridges can be used if patients are missing just a small amount of teeth. Bridges are used to replace the teeth by closing the gaps in your mouth where teeth had previously been placed. Crowns are used in cases where teeth need to be strengthened due to previous damage. Crowns and bridges can be used in conjunction with each other or implemented separately.

Short-Term Orthodontics

Our office also offers short-term orthodontics treatment, including Six Month Smiles. Short-term orthodontics is ideal for patients looking for a quick cosmetic smile enhancement. Six Month Smiles can give you straight teeth in as little as six months!

Metal braces have been straightening people’s teeth for decades. While traditional braces do a fine job, they draw a lot of unwanted attention to your teeth because of the metal brackets covering your smile. With Invisalign®, you will have an orthodontic treatment performed with clear aligners that won’t be distracting to your smile.

Six Month Smiles

The Six Month Smiles system combines the effectiveness of metal braces with the aesthetic advantage of clear braces.

Dr. Das uses clear brackets and tooth-colored wires to reposition the teeth that show when you smile. Because the system targets specific teeth and not the whole mouth, you can have your dream smile quickly.

Read why Patients choose clear lake for cosmetic dentistry:

“I would highly recommend Clear Lake Dental care as they did an excellent job with my cosmetic dentistry and other needed dental care. I had a very difficult situation with my teeth as they are not so easy to work with! I chose Dr. Das because I am from Southern California and I noted that he had studied at UCLA and done his residency out west. Most cosmetic procedures both dental and others originate in Southern California due to the entertainment industry so I knew he had to be well trained. Well, I was not disappointed! I could have chosen a local dentist in Baytown to avoid the drive to Webster, but I believe I made the right choice and continue to receive the best care possible. Thanks so much for all the attentive care received at Clear Lake Dental Care.”

Teeth Bonding

We also offer great options in tooth bonding that will improve your smile if it has been compromised because of cracks or chips. The tooth bond involves having a bonding agent painted onto your damaged teeth that we then dry with a special light. Once the bonding agent is hardened and polished, your smile will look brand new – and you can smile confidently again.

Professional Teeth Whitening

Professional whitening is the safest teeth whitening method. Unlike OTC bleaching strips, pastes, and gels, we use concentrated bleaching gel to eliminate teeth stains, spots, and discoloration quickly and effectively. Dr. Das offers in-office whitening for your convenience.

In-office whitening is done at our Webster dental office. Your mouth is covered with a protective barrier before the bleaching gel is applied to your teeth. The gel is allowed to work for about an hour and then removed. Results are immediate and can be dramatic.

Renew Your Smile, Renew Your Confidence

The procedures that we offer under the umbrella of cosmetic dentistry can change your life for the better. Your life will improve because your smile will be brand new! If you had embarrassing problems with your teeth before, your confidence will be restored. Having confidence in your smile can give you confidence in other aspects of your life, and oftentimes having more confidence in yourself can make a big difference in the way others look at you and interact with you. We want you to love your smile at Clear Lake Dental Care!
